What happens in the initial consultation session?
A comprehensive 30-minute intake session focuses on discussing what brings you to therapy, outlining your goals and reviewing the therapeutic contract (including confidentiality limits).
How frequently should I have Therapy?
Your plan for therapy will be set out based on your initial consultation with your therapist. A comprehensive report will be sent to you following this outlining the Therapeutic contract, plan and overall discussion you have had with your therapist.
How long are therapy sessions?
Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes each and the amount of sessions required would be worked out in your initial consultation. This amount may vary depending on the session progress.

Am I committed to a minimum amount of sessions?
You are not committed to a minimum number of sessions unless a therapeutic contract is signed with your therapist. This will be discussed in your initial consultation.

What is Somatic Therapy?
Somatic therapy is a body-centred form of healing that connects your physical sensations with your mind. It can help you recognise and release stress, tension, and trauma that may become stored in the body over time.

What is Sex Therapy?
A sex therapy session is a safe, confidential, talk-based meeting with a trained professional. You remain fully clothed, and there is no physical contact or sexual activity in the room. Sessions help individuals or couples work through intimacy issues, anxiety, or lower desire. What Happens in a Session Talking only: You discuss thoughts, feelings, and history through conversation. Assessment: Early meetings focus on understanding the root cause of the problem.
What is Relationship Therapy?
Relationship counselling provides a safe, neutral space to explore communication breakdowns, resolve conflicts, and rebuild emotional or physical intimacy.
