Need to raise a complaint?

If you have a dispute with an International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) member or training provider, you must first raise the issue directly with them in writing. Practitioners have 28 days to acknowledge and resolve complaints. If unresolved, you can escalate the matter to IPHM.

Steps to Raise a Complaint

  • Contact directly: Send your complaint in writing (via email or letter) to the specific practitioner or training provider first.

  • Allow response time: Give the individual or organization up to 28 days to investigate and respond to your concerns.

  • Include key details: Provide your name, contact details, treatment or course date, a clear description of the issue, and the outcome you want.

  • Escalate to IPHM: If the provider fails to respond within 28 days or does not resolve the issue satisfactorily, you can submit details through an official escalation channel or use the IPHM complaints form.
